Radhe Shyam Steel and crokri ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of the people who use our website at www.radheshyamsteel.in (the "Website"). 1.1 Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to run the store and complete your orders.

Information you give us directly

• Account details. You sign in to the Website using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent to that number. When you first sign in, we ask for your name, and you may optionally add an email address.

• Delivery addresses. To ship your order we collect the recipient's name, phone number, house/flat number, street, area, city, state, PIN code and any landmark you choose to add. You may save more than one address and mark one as default.

• Order information. The products you order, quantities, sizes/variants, prices, any coupon code you apply, and the delivery address chosen for that order.

Information collected automatically

• Payment references. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay) and/or by UPI. We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, bank login or CVV. We only keep the transaction references (such as the Razorpay order ID and payment ID) needed to confirm and reconcile your payment.

• Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools record only limited technical information such as your browser type and device information. We use analytic tools to understand, in aggregate, how the Website is used so we can improve it. This data does not, by itself, identify you personally in any way.

1.2 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember the items in your cart, and measure traffic so we can improve the store. • create and manage your account and verify you via OTP;

• process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, and arrange courier pickup and tracking;

• confirm payments and issue any approved special case replacements or exchange;

• apply coupons and run offers;

• contact you about your orders and respond to your queries (by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email);

• maintain stock, prevent fraud, and keep the store secure; and

• comply with applicable laws and tax requirements.

1.4 How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the store:

• Courier / logistics partners (for example Mahavir Courier, Shree Maruti Courier, DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post and Professional Couriers) — to deliver your order and provide tracking.

• Payment partners (Razorpay / UPI) — to process your payment securely.

• Service providers that host and operate the Website (such as our cloud hosting and database providers).

• Authorities — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

1.5 How we protect your information

Your data is stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Access is restricted to only the authorised admin of the store, and sensitive operations are protected on our servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

1.6 Data retention

We keep your account, address and order information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns/refunds, and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

1.7 Your choices and rights

• You can view and update your saved name, email and addresses from your account.

• You can ask us to update or delete your personal information by contacting us at radheshyamsteel08@gmail.com or +91 90818 15180. Some information may be retained where the law requires it (for example, records of completed transactions).

• You can opt out of promotional messages at any time; we will still send essential messages about your orders.

1.8 Children's privacy

The Website is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
