These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.radheshyamsteel.in (the "Website"), which is owned and operated by Radhe Shyam Steel and crokri ("we", "us", "our"). The Website is an online store for steel and crokri products such as kitchenware, utensils, cookware, dinnerware & home appliances..

Please read these Terms carefully. By browsing, registering on, or buying from the Website, you ("you", "User", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Cancellations policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

We may change these Terms at any time without prior individual notice by updating this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2.2 Eligibility and account

• The Website is intended for users who are 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law.

• You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (such as your name and delivery address) and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate an account if the information provided is found to be false, incomplete or outdated, or if the account is misused.

2.3 Products, pricing and availability

• We try to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible. Actual colour, finish and minor dimensions may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings and the handmade or batch nature of some steel and crokri items.

• Some products are sold in different sizes/variants, and price, shipping and stock may differ for each variant. Listings may show a "starting from" price based on the lowest-priced variant.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free for customers — the price you see is the price you pay, with no separate delivery charge added at checkout.

• Products are subject to availability. If an item or variant is out of stock, it may be shown as unavailable. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

• Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price or detail due to a technical or typographical error. If we discover such an error in an order you have placed, we may cancel the affected order (or the affected item) and only refund under special circumstances any amount you have paid for it

2.4 Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received and we accept the order.

• Payment is online only. We accept payment through our payment partner Razorpay and/or via UPI. Cash on Delivery is not available. Your order moves forward only after payment is confirmed.

• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, where stock is unavailable, where pricing is incorrect, where the delivery location is not serviceable, or where fraud is suspected. If we decline an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

2.5 Coupons and offers

• Coupons and promotional offers are valid only for the period, products and conditions stated, and may have usage limits.

• A coupon is applied and verified at checkout. We may withdraw or change any coupon or offer at any time, and will decline any coupon that is invalid, expired, or being misused.

2.6 Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery of products is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Cancellations policy. Please read both; they form part of these Terms.

2.7 Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

• use the Website only for lawful purposes and only to browse and purchase products for genuine personal or business use;

By using the Website and placing orders, you consent to be contacted by us about your account and orders by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS and/or email, including for OTP verification, order updates, delivery coordination, and refund or clarification matters. • The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades.
